Tee time is tentatively 12:30 p.m., but we will begin earlier if we have more teams than expected. Participation costs cover greens fees, cart fees, range balls, and dinner. There will be both ‘longest drive’ and ‘closest to the pin’ challenges. Players will be treated to a meal; it will begin at 5:30. Healy Point will serve their ‘All-American cookout.’ This includes buffet hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, chips, and cookies. As a non-participant, if you choose to join the group only for dinner, you may do so for $16. Children eat for free.

As a fundraiser, we have solicited many local sponsors for the tournament. There will be numerous door prizes for participants and special prizes for winners. In the past, students have been excused from their coursework to participate. This has been confirmed by Dr. Donner.

Checks may be mailed to me at the hospital or dropped off to Mary Witherington (hospital) or to Chasity Watson (Medical School.) Make checks payable to MUSM, Class of 2009, mailing address is below. Please return form and payment by deadline (Wed. March 11.)
