WELCOME ABOARD!
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to your Internal Medicine Rotation. 
I am your Clerkship Coordinator and will be the contact person for you during this rotation. I will collect your History & Physicals (H&P’s) and weekly work hour logs, schedule your student teaching rounds lecture conferences, maintain your attendance and handle the overall clerkship needs in conjunction with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Student Coordinator, and Clerkship Director. Our desire is to make this the best rotation possible.
Please meet at 707 Pine Street, 2nd Floor student classroom at the designated date and time given for your orientation. You will be given a packet at orientation with information needed to make this rotation a breeze. Any questions you might have will be addressed and any special considerations for time off should be submitted, in writing, before orientation. Please feel free to email me with your requests. We will be glad to work with you and need your request ASAP for any needed schedule changes. My email address is provided below. Please feel free to come by the office anytime you need help. Remember, the only silly question is the one that goes unasked. My office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I am located at 707 Pine Street on the second floor. Dr. Carter is available by pager/cell number 478-957-1847.
