The Pediatric faculty invites you assess the pediatric residency program at the Children's Hospital. Our program is designed to provide the experience and clinical skills needed to excel in general pediatrics and is consistent with the primary care focus of Mercer University School of Medicine. Our full time, part time, and community faculties represent a mix of generalists and specialists to assure a well-balanced program that will prepare you for the world of pediatric medicine that you will enter in the next century.

The primary teaching site is the Children's Hospital at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, a national leader among regional community teaching hospitals. Clinical faculty include the pediatric subspecialties associated with a Children's hospital as well as a strong general pediatric section. All teaching and training is directed at developing a firm foundation in general pediatrics.
