Step 1. Author needs to add information to page

Step 2. Author edits current page or add a new page.

Step 3. The Author adds text (and possibly images) to the page.

Step 4. The Author submits the page for Approval when ready.

Step 5. The Approver checks that the page is suitable for publication (spelling, tone etc).

Step 6. Once Approved, the articles are automatically published to the web immediately.
