Student Access to Blackboard via MyMercer

Students,

Your Blackboard account will be created after the registrar at the School of Medicine, Cathy Groce (groce_cr@mercer.edu), enrolls you for classes.

If you have no holds on your account,  your courses will appear in the Blackboard Course List within 24 hours.

If you have a hold on your account, you will not be given access until your hold is removed. Remove a hold by logging into MyMercer, reading the hold information that pops up in a new window, and then agreeing to the terms.

Once the hold is removed, you will be notified by the School of Medicine registrar via email that you are registered. She will also include the time of registration.

Your Blackboard Course List will appear in 24 hours from your time of registration and once the Blackboard feed has ran at the times listed below.

The Blackboard Feed times are 6:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY

Students enrolled after 2 p.m. but before 5 p.m. will have access to their courses after 7:00 p.m. of the same day.

If you do not see your courses listed after 24 hours and the Blackboard Feed has ran, please contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@mercer.edu

When your account is ready, you can access it by logging in to MyMercer (https://my.mercer.edu/) and clicking the Access Blackboard (https://bb-mercer.blackboard.com) link located in the main area of the homepage.
