  1. A completed graduate application form and a non-refundable fee of $ 50.
  2. Regular Application Deadline is June 1st; Early Decision Deadline is January 15th

All MFT applicants must have taken the Graduate Records Examination Test (GRE) within the last 5 years.  You are required to send your GRE score to Mercer University (School Code: 5409) or arrange for an official score report to be sent by postal mail to: Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office.   5. You are required to arrange for official transcripts of all post-secondary coursework completed to earn a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university to be sent directly from the corresponding institution(s) to: Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office via email at: admissions@med.mercer.edu (for electronic transcripts) or by regular mail to: Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office, 1501 Mercer University Dr, Macon, GA 31207.  (For FedEx or UPS deliveries, please use this address: 1550 College St, Macon, GA 31207).
