Introduction

Students involved in the DISC Program should follow the guidelines below to help direct their project. Each project team is required to:

  1. Each group or individual project should have clearly identify roles and describe these roles in the project proposal. Groups should be no more than 4, with exceptions allowed for some projects on a case by case basis.
  2. Students must submit a progress report to the committee by January 31st and June 30th of each project year. This report should be a short and concise document that highlights the successes and challenges of the project. It should discuss adjustments or changes to the project that were implemented by the project team. Lastly, the report should also include next steps and future goals of the project. Major project changes, such as change of organization or project focus must be approved by the DISC Committee before project begins.
