Our Services

Primary care

Comprehensive primary care services will be tailored to the unique needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our team will work closely with patients and caregivers to address complex medical and behavioral health needs, ensuring a personalized and coordinated approach to care.

Dental care

Our dental suite is equipped to support routine and specialized dental care for patients with IDD in a calm, accessible setting.

Physical therapy

Physical therapy will be available to help patients address movement and neuromotor challenges, with a focus on improving mobility, function and independence.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy services will help patients develop and maintain the skills needed for everyday life. We’ll offer hands-on interventions for patients and provide education to both patients and caregivers to promote greater independence.

Speech and language pathology

Our speech-language pathology services will focus on improving communication and ensuring safe swallowing. Through diagnostic tools and individualized therapy plans, we aim to support better health outcomes and stronger social connections.

Imaging services

Imaging services will include onsite X-ray and mammography to support routine screening and the diagnosis of a wide range of health conditions. Convenient access to imaging during a visit enhances both the continuity and quality of care for patients.

Audiology

Audiology services will be offered to help diagnose and manage hearing challenges that are common among individuals with IDD. Better hearing supports stronger communication and greater engagement in daily life.

Pharmacy

An on-site pharmacy will be available to make it easy for patients to fill prescriptions quickly and conveniently during their visit.
