The students will have the opportunity to choose research projects in various biomedical disciplines including biochemistry, neuroscience, microbiology, virology, cancer biology, cardiology, immunology, toxicology, and physiology.
The PhD in Biomedical Sciences program fosters academic growth and personal development while promoting interdisciplinary research through small-group discussions, lectures, and bench research projects. The curriculum is designed to provide the training and independence needed for a successful career in biomedical sciences. Students gain teaching experience in various educational settings, preparing them for professorships at the college or university level.
