- A completed graduate application form and a non-refundable fee of $50 are required.
- Applications are currently being accepted for enrollment on the Macon and Atlanta campuses.

- All-degree seeking MFT applicants must have taken the Graduate Records Examination Test (GRE) within the last five years. You are required to send your GRE scores to Mercer University (School Code: 5409) or arrange for an official score report to be sent by postal mail to: Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office. Attn: Graduate Admissions Specialist, 1501 Mercer University Dr., Macon, GA 31207. (For FedEx or UPS deliveries, please mail to 1550 College St., Macon, GA 31207).
- You are required to arrange for official transcripts of all post-secondary coursework completed to earn a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university to be sent directly from the corresponding institution(s) to: Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (for electronic transcripts) or by regular mail to Mercer University School of Medicine Admissions Office, 1501 Mercer University Drive, Macon, GA 31207.
