Fall 2026 Entry

• September 15, 2025: Application opens
• January 15, 2026: Review of Applications begins for Fall 2026 Admission*
• April 1, 2026: Priority Notification
• May 1, 2026: Application and Supporting Materials Deadline for Fall 2026 Admission

* Applications submitted and complete by January 15 will receive an admissions decision by April 1, 2026. Applications received after January 15 will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Application details

• Applications for the PhD in Rural Health Sciences Program are considered by the Admissions Committee on a rolling basis. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Applicants may be contacted for an interview with the Admissions Committee.
• Complete applications in the rolling admissions cycle are reviewed in the order they are received. Interview invitations and offers of acceptance also occur on a rolling basis.
• All applicants will be notified of final admissions decisions by email.
• Candidates who enroll in the program prior to April 30, 2026 will have priority in the review process for the funding opportunities. Final decisions on funding opportunities will be made by Early Summer 2026.
