MUSM Staff Council
The purpose of the MUSM Staff Council is to advance the mission and values of Mercer University School of Medicine through staff education, team-building, and professional growth. We do this through multiple ways including:
- coordinating activities to build community, employee engagement, and job satisfaction
- encouraging communication and collaboration, and
- promoting professional growth.
Events include the annual holiday lunch, staff development workshops, employee recognition ceremonies, and other occasions.
How Membership Works
All MUSM staff are automatically considered a member of the MUSM staff council. Members can be involved as much or as little as they like by taking on a leadership role, participating in monthly committee meetings, attending events or even just sharing ideas. Learn more about the different committees below.
Get Involved!
All members are invited to attend monthly staff council committee meetings as a guest or committee member. Simply contact the chair of the committee you are interested in attending to learn more and get the meeting details.
